Baking lemon cakes at Willow Bank

Recently at Willow Bank Care Home, our ladies chose to make their favourite lemon buns with lemon icing.
Even during baking, the cakes smelled so delicious that one of our ladies said she simply had to have a sample before the icing had set. (We've all been there!) :)
As it turned out, they tasted even better and were enjoyed with a cuppa the same afternoon.
