A magical musical moment with Moira at Burnside

This is a photo of Moira, a resident at our Burnside Care Home.
Moira is a very talented piano player. For many years, she played at her local church and when she came to live in Burnside she would often offer to play a tune or two.
Even though Moira is hard of hearing, she enjoyed playing for everyone in the home but then she suddenly stopped and she hadn't gone near the piano for a while.
This week to peoples' amazement, Moira got up and walked to the piano and started playing the keys.
This brought tears to the eyes of our staff as it was so wonderful to see and hear Moira play again.
