Another Falls Awareness Class took place at Cochrane Care Home recently.
The sessions are designed to raise participants' fall prevention knowledge and awareness, introduce steps they can take to reduce falls and improve their health and well-being.
Peter was certainly putting the ladies through their paces, incorporating a mix of learning and fun and judging by the smiles, they seemed to enjoy it!
