St. George's Day party at The Beeches

Following a request from our residents, The Beeches' Activities Team organised a party in celebration of St. George's Day.
The lounge was decorated with flags, banners and balloons, our ladies and gents enjoyed eating buns, scones and had some drinks.
Not everyone knew the history of St. George so the team looked at some facts about it and then held a St. George's Day themed quiz.
At the end of the celebration, the group sang some British hymns. and a few of them said they felt quite patriotic!
