Afternoon tea takes place every Thursday afternoon in our Springhill Care Home in Kilmarnock.
Residents are joined by their family and friends and the experience is always enjoyable but we have to say, outdoor afternoon tea in the glorious sunshine this week might have been our favourite event of its kind so far this year.
The residents loved relaxing in the warmth and having a catch up with loved ones. It really was quite a treat.
But don't just take our word for it, feel free to pop in for tea and a scone next time you're in the area on a Thursday afternoon.
