Keeping fit using the 'magic table' at Spiers

Our residents and staff in Spiers Care Home have been loving finding different ways to enjoy their magic table projector, including using it to help improve mobility and encourage good hand-eye coordination.
Using the carpet as their 'canvas', our ladies and gents played various floor games including sweeping leaves, finding acorns, floor football and hockey.
As a bonus event at the end and for a bit of added hilarity, the group popped balloons with bean bags...fun for the body and the soul #careaboutphysicalactivity #CAPA
