Silverline Care's homes place a high emphasis on the quality of our nursing care. We appreciate that each resident is unique and that is why we develop electronic care plans for each person, tailored to their individual needs and requirements.
Our staff ensure residents and their loved ones are involved in the creation of these plans which are constantly monitored and updated to suit ongoing needs and preferences.
People really are at the centre of everything we do. Therefore, our care plans also help staff to build a relationship with each individual by including everything from likes and dislikes, food favourites and religious beliefs and emotional needs.
We also hold regular residents meetings, providing a forum for residents to have their say in how our homes are run and how their care is provided.

Silverline Care’s chefs take great pride in ensuring the menu across all nine of our care homes consists of great tasting and nutritionally balanced food, providing 3 meals a day with snacks available in between, right across the day.
We often offer themed menus to mark local and national celebrations and we always aim to make sure mealtimes are always an enjoyable experience.
Our team love getting to know our residents, learning their idiosyncrasies and meeting their families. Music plays an important role in our activity schedule and we have a host of entertainers to visit all our homes regularly.
