At Silverline Care, we are continuously adapting the way we work to respond to Coronavirus so we can welcome new residents, provide safe visits and protect those who already live and work with us.
Many of our homes are currently providing safe garden visits for residents who are well enough. These have been organised on an appointment basis and have been extremely helpful in enabling us to reunite families.
As of tomorrow (September 2nd), Spiers Care Home will be allowing one person to visit their relative in the home at a nominated time.
Safeguarding the health, safety and wellbeing of our residents and staff must remain our top priority and therefore only one designated person from each family will be permitted access to the care home for the time being.
Once again, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we try to strike a balance between expanding safe visitation and keeping our homes Covid free.
To book an appointment or for further information, please do not hesitate to call the home directly or send a message via our website.
