Tabletop games are a favourite with our residents.
Here, you can see how much fun this group in Cochrane Care Home had as they attempted to 'hook' the hoola hoops.
Many of them have great dexterity and spatial awareness.
And the throwing and catching throughout the game helped the ladies and gents complete their morning exercise without even realising!
