Newark help ensure Jim's birthday is still a family occasion

Yesterday was Jim, who lives in Newark Care Home's, birthday.
The team at the home made sure that Jim was able to catch up with some of the people he would normally spend such a day with by arranging plenty of Face-times with family.
After that - Jim and his fellow residents had a party of their own.
Jim also had a message for all his nearest and dearest!
