Last week in Linson Court Care Home, Judith made Queenie a necklace out of bands and also made herself a bracelet. Judith also showed Queenie the cat's cradle and Queenie enjoyed watching Judith do this.
With the help of the activities team, the pair made a ball out of rubber bands which started from a piece of wool and then we used this to play catch and get our arms moving.
Later on in the afternoon, the Activities Team put on some lively music and the pair enjoyed a 'keep fit' class. The team led this and the ladies enjoyed stretching their muscles and getting their arms and legs moving.
Judith said afterwards that she could do with a nap from all the exercises!
