We all know how much our friends mean to us. And how important it is to have people who are close to you to share the good - and the not so good times.
Jean and Meg have known each other for more than seventy years.
In fact, they were only parted in the war years as Meg served in the army and Jean did her bit with the land army.
Jean came to live at Burnside Care Home a couple of months ago and these great friends got together for an afternoon cuppa.
They had a lovely and extremely nostalgic time catching up and reliving happy memories.
