We all know how enjoyable looking through old pictures can be.
As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words and they often bring back memories and tales of days gone by.
Jeanette, Alice, Esther and Margaret, who are all residents in our Cochrane Care Home, had a lovely time lately sorting out the photos for their memory books.
