Our approach to care

The Beeches Care Home offers person centered care, tailored to the individual needs of each resident.

Daily activities

Our activities coordinator organises a weekly schedule of activities and entertainment to keep life fun and engaging for our residents. Residents are able to explore the local community and beyond through trips and excursions.

Our chef prepares a delicious menu of three meals a day plus snacks. Personal preferences and dietary requirements are fully catered for so that all residents look forward to mealtimes.

The Beeches Care Home boasts three lounges and a beautiful garden for residents and their loved ones to enjoy.

The home also holds various cultural and religious celebrations to ensure those who stay with us can enjoy the same kind of activities that they did previously.

Staff work with residents every day to foster a real sense of fun and inclusion and encourage everyone to get involved in life at the home.

Allia Nashad

Allia started her career in Care 8 years ago, caring for residents in their own homes.

Initially, Allia had hoped to become a community police officer and so took on this role to gain experience of working and supporting members of the community. But once she immersed herself in the care sector, she never looked back.

Allia began her career at The Beeches as a Care Assistant, she worked her way up to Team Leader before being offered the position of Deputy Manager at our sister home, Laurel Bank.

Allia explained: "I really enjoyed the role but believed I could still progress further and then I was offered the position at The Beeches as Manager.

"For me, job satisfaction comes from knowing I can help make a difference to the lives of our residents by ensuring that they are well cared for by a great team who will go the extra mile.

"But making a difference in the lives of our residents' loved ones is very important for me. My team and I strive to give families peace of mind that their loved one is being looked after and is happy in our care"

Allia added: "I have so much passion for my job and I have so much more to give."
