Coronavirus and Visitation at The Beeches

Following the Prime Minister’s roadmap to ease lockdown restrictions, visits have resumed at The Beeches Care Home.

We understand this is wonderful news for those with loved ones living in care homes and the team is looking forward to reuniting families.

Visits are being arranged on an appointment basis to help keep everyone safe. The named visitor will be required to have a test beforehand, wear PPE during the visit and avoid close contact.

We know the past year has been an extremely difficult time for everyone connected with care homes. We thank you for your understanding and continued support.

If you would rather wait a little longer before attending a care home, we can still help by arranging video calls with loved ones and virtual tours of the home for those who may be looking for care.

Please do not hesitate to get in touch for further information or update regarding your loved one by using the tab on the right-hand side of this page or call the home manager on 01274 608656.

We continue to be here for those who need care and support.

Our approach to care

The Beeches Care Home offers person centered care, tailored to the individual needs of each resident.

Daily activities

Our activities coordinator organises a weekly schedule of activities and entertainment to keep life fun and engaging for our residents. Residents are able to explore the local community and beyond through trips and excursions.

Menu

Our chef prepares a delicious menu of three meals a day plus snacks. Personal preferences and dietary requirements are fully catered for so that all residents look forward to mealtimes.

The Beeches Care Home boasts three lounges and a beautiful garden for residents and their loved ones to enjoy.

The home also holds various cultural and religious celebrations to ensure those who stay with us can enjoy the same kind of activities that they did previously.

Staff work with residents every day to foster a real sense of fun and inclusion and encourage everyone to get involved in life at the home.
