Springhill Care Home held a special memorial service where they invited relatives who had experienced recent loss and each guest was given a commemorative flower pin.
Thank you to members from the local church and Salvation Army who joined us for the occasion.
Staff, social workers, professionals and visitors to the home have also left sentiments under Springhill's wish tree on behalf of their friends and loved ones.
