On Friday 8th May, staff and residents celebrated the 75th anniversary of VE day at Manorcroft.
The home was trimmed with VE day memorabilia for everyone to have a look at and read.
Our ladies and gents enjoyed sharing stories about the war, talking about their memories from days gone by and were also treated to an afternoon tea.
There was also a delivery from a local school filled with more treats for everyone.
Staff at Manorcroft said: "It was a lovely day and everyone thoroughly enjoyed celebrating."
