Celebrating Diwali at Shakespeare Court 2021

One of our residents in Shakespeare Court Care Home, Gurmej, was celebrating Diwali this week.

Our Activity staff made pakoras and halwa (semolina), which Gurmej really enjoyed.

She also watched a Punjabi movie of her choice and had a lovely chat about her past Diwalis.
