'inspiring and encouraging'

Early this year Laurel Bank changed ownership and a new management team was put in place.
The changes and improvements made in just 4 months have been remarkable and I know that there are more to follow.
The management has a vision and determination to progress further which is inspiring and encouraging for someone whose mother is a resident in Laurel Bank.
The carers are a team of people who show kindness and care in all that they do.
I would recommend Laurel Bank to anyone looking for care home accommodation for their loved one.

'I always feel she is in safe hands'

"My mother has been having respite care in Laurel Bank for a few years now and I am very pleased with the home. Indeed, I think it is getting better and better. She always comments on the kindness of the staff and how pleasant they are with her. She always enjoys it when a member of staff takes time to chat with her and I think being prepared to give that time is very important. She enjoys the activities she joins in with and I always feel she is in safe hands. Thank you to all."
