Willow Bank residents impress staff with chair exercises

At #WillowBankCarehome it was time for morning chair exercise, residents were pleased and said they all enjoy this activity.
That was until the Activity Team informed the group they had revamped it a bit to make it more strenuous.
But, according to our staff, our ladies and gents all worked very hard, kept up with all the moves and even said they felt great afterwards.
Very well done.
