David's one to one at Willow Bank

The other day at Willow Bank Care Home, David, who is one of our residents, didn't really feel like joining the group in the lounge. He said, he'd rather stay in the dining room for a chat with our activity team.
So, they told each other jokes and did a word search puzzle together. Then David mentioned he was very good at Maths so the team decided to put him to the test.
He was fabulous and so quick even when Deborah made them VERY difficult.
David explained he used to be a joiner and had to work measurements out in his head so got very good with numbers - which led the pair on to reminiscing about his work life.
