Elvis reminiscence at The Beeches

The team at The Beeches organised an Elvis Presley reminiscence session to coincide with the anniversary of Elvis' birthday.
Our ladies and gents enjoyed the trivia about Elvis's life and career, followed by a quiz as a lot of residents have a lot of memories of Elvis and the home has a few fans.
Residents also enjoyed a singalong to the most famous songs, especially as when they started playing along with musical instruments such as maracas, homemade shakes and plastic plates.
They, the group decided that it would be a good idea to try Elvis's favourite drink, Coca-Cola, which they used to wash down cupcakes and banana loaf.
Our residents really enjoyed the session and had a lot of fun and laughter.
