At the beginning of the week, our ladies and gents in The Beeches Care Home enjoyed playing skittles.
Every week, the home holds a bowling competition where the residents can practise their bowling skills and they are very competitive.
As well as being great fun, the game encourages good hand/eye coordination, motor skills and is great for the upper body.
