Jean, a resident at our Willow Bank Care Home, had been feeling a bit anxious about getting her hair cut.
But the other day, she agreed to come downstairs for her hair cutting with lots of reassurance from the activity staff.
Here is the before photo and her reaction when she saw her hair cut. To say she was thrilled is an understatement.
Jean enjoyed chatting with the hairdresser and other residents and agreed to come to the hairdressers on a regular basis as she said: "It wasn't that bad, I quite enjoyed it!"
