Emily Trace

Corporate Development

Emily is CEO of Silverline Care and has worked in a variety of health and social care organisations, including the NHS, since 2010.

Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2005, she has extensive experience in financial, operational and change management and has worked as both a project manager and Finance Director at Silverline Care.

Emily continues to support the homes in their goal of delivering excellent, person-centered care for each of our residents.

Tim Bolot

Chair

Tim is a co-founder and Director of Silverline Care and has specialised in the management of health and social care organisations since 2005.

He has led many complex healthcare turnaround assignments in the UK over the past 13 years, including several high profile NHS turnarounds and the successful work out of 750 Southern Cross care home assets on behalf of lenders and landlords.

Tim has experience managing across a range of health and social care organisations including acute hospitals, community providers, domiciliary and complex homecare providers, commissioners and care home groups. Tim has provided management services to the NHS, lenders and investors in the sector.

As Director, Tim is dedicated to working with Silverline Care staff to deliver high-quality professional services to residents and their families.

 

Thomas Cook

Head of Finance

Thomas is a qualified accountant and gained extensive experience in Financial Management during his employment with House of Fraser.

He started with Silverline Care on February 4th, 2019 and announcing the appointment, Tim Bolot, commented: “We are sure Thomas will be a fantastic asset to the business as we continue in our journey towards excellence and we are confident he is a great fit for our team.”

Since then, Thomas has led his team through some tough challenges including the Coronavirus pandemic.

Despite the difficulty and uncertainty faced, Thomas and his team have successfully introduced a number of systems and procedures to help Silverline Care operate more effectively and efficiently.

Thomas said: "This has included removing the reliance on external payroll bureaus and we are just about to launch our new client admissions and billing system, Fusion Care."

He added: "As we continue to take steps out of the pandemic, I am looking forward to working together with the teams in Scotland and Yorkshire in growing our business."
