May Prentice

Regional Operations Manager (Scotland)

May was appointed as Regional Operations Manager for Scotland in Autumn last year. May oversees the running of Silverline’s six Scottish homes and also the organisation’s IT, estates, catering and quality assurance operations.

She was promoted to the role after managing Silverline Care’s Spiers Care Home in Beith and has 18 years of experience running care homes in various nursing, residential and social care settings. Registered as a nurse in 1992, her achievements with Silverline Care include earning an improved Care Inspectorate Grade for Spiers Care Home whilst maintaining high occupancy and low staff turnover.

Belinda Dennis

Regional Operations Manager (Yorkshire)

Belinda - a registered nurse for 43 years - has been managing care homes since 1993 and joined Silverline Care in 2018 as manager of Linson Court Care Home in Batley. She was appointed to Regional Operations Manager for Yorkshire last Autumn.

In her new role, Belinda continues to manage Linson Court and oversees the running of nearby Manorcroft Care Home, with the support of manager Janet Riding and the teams from both homes.

Ann McKenzie

Head of HR

Ann joined Silverline Care in June 2015 as our HR Business Partner and was promoted to Head of HR in February 2017.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, Ann leads on all HR matters, including implementing and refreshing the HR Strategy, delivering HR practices and objectives, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and delivery of training and development across the workforce.

Ann has over 20 years’ HR experience in both the Private Care Sector as well as Local Authorities and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

Tim Bolot


Tim is a co-founder and Chief Executive of Silverline Care and has specialised in the management of health and social care organisations since 2005.

He has led many complex healthcare turnaround assignments in the UK over the past 13 years, including several high profile NHS turnarounds and the successful work out of 750 Southern Cross care home assets on behalf of lenders and landlords.

Tim has experience managing across a range of health and social care organisations including acute hospitals, community providers, domiciliary and complex homecare providers, commissioners and care home groups. Tim has provided management services to the NHS, lenders and investors in the sector.

As Chief Executive, Tim is dedicated to working with Silverline Care staff to deliver high quality professional services to residents and their families.


Danny Wulwick


Danny was one of the co-founders of Silverline in 2013 following the acquisition of our Yorkshire homes. Danny is a chartered surveyor and with over 25 years’ experience in real estate, Danny has significant knowledge and experience in investment and the asset management of a wide variety of asset classes.

During the early part of his career, Danny was a property and asset manager and focused on the active management of office, industrial and retail portfolios. Since 2011 he has specialised in healthcare. Over that time, Danny has advised banks and institutions on the acquisition and disposal of healthcare assets and led a team that generated significant returns from a substantial portfolio of primary care properties, adding value through a range of asset management initiatives.

As Director of Silverline Care, Danny looks to enhance values through the creation and implementation of estate and asset management business plans.
