GOOD results score announced

July 2015 Following a number of regulatory inspections by the Care Inspectorate (CI) and Care Quality Commission (CQC), Silverline Care is pleased to announce that all homes have received ratings of either GOOD or VERY GOOD. The CI / CQC inspectors announce the ratings after inspecting and observing the Quality of Care and Support, the Quality of the Environment, the Quality of Staffing and the Quality of Management and Leadership at each of our homes, Burnside, Newark, Ranfurly, Cochrane, Spiers and Manorcroft.  Linson Court is the final home to be inspected and this is expected to take place soon. Rachel Dryden, CEO of Silverline Care said: “We are delighted at these results and would like to thank the staff on the ground as well as the regional support management team for their efforts.   We believe that this is a great achievement but are obviously not complacent. “The inspectors talked with a number of residents, care staff, family members and friends who either reside or visit the homes and we welcome any insight and feedback that they can provide which will help us to identify areas for continuing improvement.  Delivering high quality care to our residents remains priority.”
